Being a socially responsible firm is at the core of Rubicon’s mission. We know that social responsibility, like good construction, is what builds communities. How do we bring this mission to life? Through our socially-responsible practices and programs—from our support of community-based non-profit aid organizations, our firm-wide active commitment to volunteer work, and our efforts to support the communities we work in by partnering with area contractors, whenever possible.

Our mission includes:

• A firm-wide commitment to work with a wide-range of non-profit aid organizations; our annual goal is that 40% of our projects be on behalf of non-profit organizations
• Staff-wide commitment to volunteer a minimum of 24 hours each year, in support of local aid organizations
• We encourage and invite all our clients to work with us in support of local aid organizations of their choice
