New construction is underway of this 165,000 sq. ft., 95-unit multi-family development. Totaling 5-stories, the project features both 2 and 3-story podium construction with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments over the podium. Extensive site work and blasting were required to clear the way for the structures that are supported by a 30 ft. concrete wall in one area. Amenities will include spacious common areas, a fitness center, and a yoga studio.
