Anna Maria College selected Rubicon to transform Miriam Hall from a Music Department building into a new state-of-the art space for the growing Nursing Department. The 7,500 sq. ft. adaptive reuse project now features new classrooms and clinical simulation and training labs for nursing and paramedic students. United States Congressman James McGovern said about the importance of the new nursing wing, “We need a facility that represents the realities of 2024, not the realities of decades ago. This facility is a big deal not only for Anna Maria College, but our community.”
