For several years, Rubicon managed multiple phased construction projects throughout the Bath Israel Deaconess Hospital – Plymouth campus that included comprehensive Preconstruction and logistical planning. Projects included renovations to patient wings, cardiac catherization lab, MRI suite, CT suite, X-Ray Ballroom and multiple campus wide MEP infrastructure projects including a several RTU & chiller replacement projects. At all times, our team consistently maintained a safe and clean environment for patients and the staff at BID-Plymouth through effective operational management and continuous communication.
