Kingsbury Club Medfield is the area’s premier health club featuring extensive
fitness resources and programming, all things tennis, indoor golf, pickleball,
swimming, and childcare, and the Ice House Restaurant. Rubicon has built several projects for the Kingsbury Club over the years One major project consisted
of a 60,000 sq. ft. addition on to the existing Tennis Building. The addition
provides two full basketball courts, two tennis courts, and eight pickle ball
courts plus a viewing area with mezzanine, restrooms, offices and support
space. Another project consisted of new outdoor Paddle Tennis courts and a indoor / outdoor recreational area for members.

Project Highlights

• Significant site work and utility work was required to prepare the site and tie-in the new building to the existing building and infrastructure.
• Led comprehensive Preconstruction phase focused on site logistics and value engineering to achieve budget goals.
• The club remained open and operation during construction with limited impact to members.
