Family Promise Metrowest is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to transform the lives of families with children who are facing homelessness by mobilizing a diverse community to provide shelter, education and comprehensive support. The Rubicon Team has led multiple renovations of their Day Center. The initial project created the organization’s first permanent headquarters that enabled Family Promise to consolidate its operations and support services to reach and support more families.

• Scope of work included office-build out, kitchen, common areas and meeting rooms for the staff.
• Scope of work included living areas for residents and ADA accessible upgrades.
• Met accelerated schedule in phase 1 for open house event.
