Our Lady of the Valley Regional School (OLV) is a pre-K through middle school part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Worcester. The G.R.A.C.E. Center addition was
built to honor the life of OLV alumna, Grace Rett, who tragically passed away in 2020. The new 13,000 sq. ft. addition houses a new gymnasium, classrooms, toilets, and a concessions area. The school is located on the town’s main street and the same site as St. Mary’s Church campus.
Project Highlights
- Rubicon led an extensive Design-Build & Preconstruction process to support a multi-year fundraising and planning campaign.
- Comprehensive safety & site and logistics plans were implemented before construction began safety as the top priority.
- The existing school and adjacent St. Mary’s Church both remained open and operational during construction.

Our Approach
We build many projects from large-scale new construction in occupied environments to renovations and adaptive reuse in historical buildings.
